1. Service
ChurnsQR provides browser-based static QR generation and hosted dynamic QR redirects. Static files operate independently after download. Dynamic codes require the ChurnsQR service, internet connectivity, and an active entitlement.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and have authority to create every destination and campaign. You are responsible for users and content within your workspace.
3. Plans and lifetime access
The monthly plan includes up to five active dynamic QR codes while paid access remains active. A lifetime purchase applies to one specified dynamic QR. “Lifetime” means the operating life of ChurnsQR, not the customer’s lifetime, and does not guarantee perpetual operation of any third-party host, domain, or dependency.
4. Billing
Recurring access renews until canceled. Stripe may present supported local-currency pricing while the base catalog price is in USD. Taxes, bank conversion, and card fees may apply. Browser success pages do not grant access; verified payment events control fulfillment.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable redirects but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may maintain, migrate, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. If ChurnsQR migrates domains, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve compatible redirect behavior, but free third-party subdomains cannot be guaranteed forever.
6. Acceptable use and suspension
You must follow the acceptable-use policy. We may block unsafe destinations, suspend codes, preserve audit records, or restrict accounts when needed to protect visitors or the service.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You must test QR readability, destination accuracy, and printed materials before distribution. Liability limitations and consumer rights vary by jurisdiction and require local legal review before launch.
