1. Trial
The seven-day trial requires no card, so it does not create a charge to refund.
2. Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Unless required by law, partial periods and ordinary unused subscription time are not automatically refunded. If you believe a charge was duplicated or caused by a service error, contact us within 14 days.
3. Lifetime QR purchase
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the QR has not been materially used in a distributed campaign. Approved refunds revoke the lifetime entitlement and may pause its hosted redirect.
4. Abuse and disputes
Codes suspended for prohibited use are not eligible for discretionary refunds. Chargebacks and disputes may immediately pause related paid access while investigated.
5. How to request
Email support@churnsqr.com with the account email, invoice or receipt reference, affected QR, and reason. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot be excluded.
